Refund policy

We have a 30-day, free returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, complete the form inserted inside your packaging, and email hi@squareco.co.uk for a free returns label. Please post the item(s) promptly. You will be refunded the full cost of the item(s) including the original shipping cost. You can always contact us with any return questions at hi@squareco.co.uk.

Squareco do not take responsibility for items lost in return transit and unfortunately if this does occur we will not be able to offer a refund. Refunds will not be issued until the returned item has been confirmed received and inspected for condition. 

If you'd prefer to return your parcel to us via your own method, please return your order to us using your preferred shipment method to the below address, please ensure this is tracked as we cannot take responsibility for lost parcels:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, you can buy an item in a few sizes or colours and simply return unwanted items. Due to frequent changes in stock, we do not offer an exchange policy.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
